This resume company advertises to provide you with “highly individualized and targeted career services”. They provide resume services for all career levels. The site is pretty convenient to use as it is well-structured. I went to this site when was looking for someone to help me improve my Senior Consultant resume, and if they were as qualified as they said, this was exactly what I needed.

Price policy

They offer two types of resume services: Revamp and Rewrite. Revamp means making corrections and is usually cheaper. For senior level professional, a revamp of resume is $450 while writing is $600. A package including resume, cover letter and LinkedIn is accordingly $575-$800. The company also provides mock interviews ($300) and career counseling ($100 per 30 minutes on a senior level). As you can see, their prices are not the lowest.

Order details

To order, you are asked to register first, provide your personal information, and upload your current resume. I followed these steps and proceeded to checkout. Really, I missed the description of the process as the site doesn’t give many details. I ordered resume writing and soon after the payment went through, I got a message stating that the writer has been assigned to work on my resume.

Quality of support and writing

The writer only asked me some extra questions concerning the resume; this didn’t look like a usual consultation. I was supposed to get the final copy in five days. There was a thing that embarrassed me after my order was placed – there was no customer support or contact information on the site. So, they were not available for their clients, and this was strange. Moreover, I missed contact with the writer during the writing process.

Conclusion

The package was delivered to me right on time. The resume I got was targeted well, yet it didn’t describe me as a unique specialist, as the writer missed some skills I gained from non-related jobs. Moreover, the design was too bright, and I had to change it on my own. My opinion – you can use this service, but it’s not the best one I dealt with, and the price is quite high. I’d recommend you to check services with higher rating first, for example Classy Resumes company.
